In our department, the level of achievement of program learning outcomes is monitored using multiple assessment tools. Both direct and indirect assessment methods are used in the measurement process.
Direct measurement includes exams, case studies, projects and reports, application files, presentations, and practical training evaluations. Indirect assessment includes student course evaluation surveys, graduate feedback, and stakeholder opinions.
The data obtained is analyzed at the end of the semester and evaluated by the department quality committee. If program learning outcomes fall below the targeted level, the relevant course content, teaching methods, or application processes are reviewed.
