In our department, the education and training processes are carried out in accordance with the Plan–Implement–Check–Take precaution cycle. Assessment and evaluation results, student and graduate feedback, and stakeholder opinions are regularly monitored and used in program development efforts.
Based on the findings, course content is updated and practical training processes are improved. Decisions are evaluated by the department council, implemented, and the impact of the changes is reassessed in subsequent periods.
This process ensures that the education program is maintained in a dynamic structure and its relevance is preserved.
