Mission-Vision and Program Alignment

ACCREDITATION > Program Structure > Mission-Vision and Program Alignment

Our department's educational program is structured in line with its defined mission and vision, and the teaching and learning processes are carried out within this framework. The department's mission, which is based on the principles of human rights, social justice, professional ethics, and social welfare, is systematically linked to the program learning outcomes through course content, practical training, and research activities.

National core education programs, professional standards, and internal and external stakeholder opinions are taken into account when determining program learning outcomes. In this context, Department Advisory Board meetings, student feedback, and graduate opinions are used as data sources for program development.

The level of achievement of learning outcomes is analyzed periodically by the Measurement and Evaluation Commission; the findings are evaluated through the Accreditation Board, and the necessary improvement decisions are made by the Department Board. This process is carried out within the framework of the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle.

In line with the goals of scientific production, social contribution, and internationalization included in the department's vision, student participation in research processes is encouraged, application-based education is strengthened, and inter-institutional collaborations are developed. The education program is reviewed at regular intervals and updated based on the analysis results obtained.

Thanks to this comprehensive and traceable structure, the department's mission and vision are not merely defined statements; they are implemented within a measurable and evaluable system through education, research, and social contribution activities.
