Dear Students,

The insurance procedures for students who will be doing practical training as part of the THS 402 Applied Education course are carried out by our University in accordance with Article 5/b of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510.

However, students who are currently actively insured under Articles 4/a, 4/b, or 4/c must have their status officially documented.

In this context, students who are actively insured must submit the following documents to our Department Chair in full:

1. Signed petition (active insurance declaration),

2. Current SGK Service Record (e-Government printout),

3. Official letter from their employer showing their insurance status.

These documents are mandatory both for the insurance procedures to be carried out in accordance with the legislation and for the accreditation process carried out by our department.

The documents must be submitted by 12/02/2026. No action will be taken with incomplete documents.
