In order to strengthen our department's education, research, and administrative processes and to systematize quality assurance efforts, an evaluation and planning meeting was held under the chairmanship of our Department Chair with the participation of our research assistants.
The meeting addressed the strengthening of the institutionalization process, clarification of duties and responsibilities, activation of commission work, increasing academic productivity, and improvement activities to be carried out for the quality-accreditation process.
In addition, views were exchanged on developing a sustainable management approach in our department, adopting a process-based operation, and transforming the continuous improvement approach into an institutional culture.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided that quality assurance and accreditation activities in our department would be carried out in a planned and coordinated manner in line with the roadmap determined.
Our department will continue its institutional development efforts in line with the principles of participatory management and systematic process management.
