A research project prepared by Halenur Ozan, a student in the Department of Social Work at Yalova University, and conducted under the supervision of Assistant Professor Burak Küsmez, has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Research Project Support Program for University Students.
Titled “An Examination of the Psychosocial Well-being and Work-Family Conflict Among Workers in Yalova Shipyards: A Mixed-Methods Study from a Social Work Perspective,” this study aims to contribute to the literature in the field of social work in the workplace.
